Which Pantone colours for each box colour? ▾

Frequently asked questions about the configurator
What does "(pre-assembled)" mean in the size selection?
Pre-assembled magnetic boxes (usually under 3 cm in height) arrive fully assembled, without adhesive corners. All other sizes are delivered flat: this saves more than 80% storage space, and the boxes are assembled in seconds without practice — at least as sturdy as pre-assembled ones.
Can I get a print approval BEFORE ordering?
Yes, of course. Send us your print files as a vector file (EPS, AI, PDF) by email and let us know your preferred size and colour — we will prepare the approval in advance.
Which printing method suits my logo?
Single-colour with corporate colours (Pantone/HKS): screen printing. Multi-colour motifs and images: digital printing. Metallic shine (gold/silver): hot foil stamping. Premium feel without colour: blind embossing. Our 60-second video in the configurator explains the differences.
How large can the print be?
Hot foil stamping max. 17 × 17 cm per stamping (larger motifs are split into two passes). Screen printing with a margin of at least 1.5 cm. Digital printing up to 20 × 20 cm — more on request.
How are print colours and print passes counted?
One print pass per print position and colour. Example: a 2-colour logo on the lid = 2 print passes; plus 1 colour on the inside of the lid = 3 in total. Up to 4 print passes can be selected in the configurator — more is possible on request.
What if I do not have a vector file?
Any graphics agency can vectorise your file — or our premium print file service takes care of it (vectorisation, image editing) on an hourly basis.
Are samples available?
Yes: we usually ship our free print sample pack with printed boxes from real customer projects the same day. We produce individual samples with your logo on request. You can order unprinted samples in the shop at any time — after you order printed boxes, we refund one box including shipping.
Is express production possible?
Yes. For screen printing, the minimum production time is 1–1.5 weeks due to tooling; we are happy to speed up shipping via express or courier — just ask us.
How sustainable are the boxes?
All boxes are made from 100% recycled paper/board and are 100% recyclable in paper waste. Flat delivery additionally saves transport volume.
Can other box types be printed too?
Yes — we also print premium and telescope boxes (lid-and-base boxes). Send us an email with the box you want, and you will receive a quote right away.
Can I purchase on account?
Yes, with 30 or 60 days payment terms via our partner Mondu. The payment recipient is always stated on the invoice.
