Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (3D intelligent interior GmbH, Siechenbachstr. 34, 86807 Buchloe, Germany, support@ideas-in-boxes.com, Phone: 08241 50 14 650) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us or to ideas in boxes (Am Wäldle 9A, 86836 Klosterlechfeld, Germany) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the costs of returning goods that can be returned normally by post. You will bear the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be returned normally by post due to their nature. For goods that cannot be returned normally by post due to their nature, these costs amount to 60 Euros EUR. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• Contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
• Contracts for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

Deviating return shipping cost regulation for Germany

We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return takes place within Germany.

We will send you the return label by e-mail. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
