By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the products contained in the shopping cart. We accept your offer within two days by

The product remains our property until full payment has been made.
In addition, the following applies to businesses: We retain title to the product until all claims arising from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. You may resell the goods subject to retention of title in the ordinary course of business; you hereby assign to us in advance all claims arising from this resale—regardless of any combination or mixing of the goods subject to retention of title with a new item—in the amount of the invoice total, and we accept this assignment. You remain authorised to collect the claims; however, we may also collect claims ourselves insofar as you do not meet your payment obligations. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurer.
For businesses, the following applies: The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you as soon as we have delivered the item to the freight forwarder, carrier or other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment.
12. Warranty and guarantees
12.1 Liability for defects
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects shall apply.
The following limitations and shortened limitation periods do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
- in the event of injury to life, limb or health,
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and fraudulent intent,
- in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is necessary for the proper performance of the contract in the first place and on the observance of which the contracting party may regularly rely (cardinal obligations),
- within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
Restrictions for businesses
For businesses, only our own information and the manufacturer’s product descriptions that have been incorporated into the contract shall be deemed an agreement on the quality of the goods; we assume no liability for public statements by the manufacturer or other advertising statements. For businesses, the limitation period for claims for defects in newly manufactured items is one year from the transfer of risk. The previous sentence does not apply to an item that has been used for a building in accordance with its usual use and has caused its defectiveness.
The statutory limitation periods for the right of recourse pursuant to Section 445a of the German Civil Code (BGB) remain unaffected.
Notice to merchants
Among merchants, the duty to inspect and give notice of defects as regulated in Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) applies. If you fail to give the notice required there, the goods shall be deemed approved, unless the defect was not recognisable during the inspection. This does not apply if we fraudulently concealed a defect.

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in the event of guarantee promises, insofar as agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is necessary for the proper performance of the contract in the first place and on the observance of which the contracting party may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability is limited in amount to the foreseeable damage at the time the contract was concluded, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
14. Agreement on the use of Trusted Shops buyer protection
You can insure orders placed with us free of charge up to an order value of EUR 100 via the buyer protection of Trusted Shops AG. In addition, Trusted Shops offers paid protection together with a guarantor. The Trusted Shops buyer protection conditions apply, which you can find here . Buyer protection is concluded by clicking the appropriately labelled button on the so-called Trustcard, which appears as a pop-up on the order thank-you page after an order has been placed. If you are already registered for buyer protection, your order will be insured automatically (automatic buyer protection) without you having to click the button. In order to be able to offer you (automatic) buyer protection, the Trustcard must access order data stored in your browser cache. For this purpose, a hash value of your email address as well as the order number and order total are transmitted to Trusted Shops. If you are already registered for buyer protection, your order will be insured automatically. If you are not yet registered for buyer protection, you can register via the Trustcard as described above. Information on data protection at Trusted Shops is attached to the buyer protection conditions linked above.
15. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
The competent body is the Federal Universal Arbitration Board at Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de.
16. Protection of minors
If your order includes products whose sale is subject to age restrictions, we ensure—by using a reliable procedure including a personal identity and age check—that the purchaser has reached the required minimum age. If delivery takes place, the carrier will hand over the goods only after the age check has been completed and only to the purchaser personally. Delivery to parcel lockers is not possible in this case.
17. Final provisions
If you are a business, German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you shall be our registered office.
Should individual clauses of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. Insofar as individual clauses are invalid, the content of the contract shall be governed by the statutory provisions.
