We have in our assortment different types of magnetic boxes.
(fixed)
Stands for fixed magnetic boxes. Due to the low height (mostly under 3cm) we do not use adhesive corners or similar here.
All other sizes are delivered flat. Here, too, sustainability is our top priority. By storing them flat, more than 80% of the storage space is saved. This makes storage easier for you and us and allows for much more efficient shipping.
All flat-lying magnetic boxes can be set up in a few seconds and without practice and are at least as stable as fixed magnetic boxes.
For our high-quality magnetic boxes, we use extremely strong adhesive premium corners that hold up to heavy products or gifts.
We always recommend to choose screen printing. Embossing is only needed for metallic gloss effects like gold or silver.
We are happy to create a print release before the order. Send us the print data as a vector file (EPS, AI, PDF, ZIP) by e-mail and tell us the desired packaging size / color.
Vector files are mathematically defined images composed of points on a raster. Raster files consist of colored blocks commonly called pixels. Vector files can be scaled indefinitely without affecting resolution.

For printing, vector graphics are needed to produce the tools such as the screen (screen printing) or the metal stamp (embossing). Usually any graphic agency can convert your files into vector graphics.
Premium print data service
If more extensive print data work is required, we offer a professional premium print data service that is charged on an hourly basis. Our graphic designers and print data professionals offer the following services:
Vectorizing: Pixel logos are vectorized. This is a prerequisite for the creation of an embossing stamp or finishing with hot foil or effect varnish.
Image editing: Existing images are optimized and prepared for printing.

Hot foil stamping:
For technical reasons, the maximum embossing area is limited to 17x17cm per embossing.
Larger motifs must be divided into two embossing processes - please contact our service department in advance.
Screen printing:
The print must be at least 1.5cm away from all edges.
We offer our customers two options here. By default, it is sufficient for us if you send us the motif/logo as a vectorized file together with the placement request.
Layout
If you prefer to do the placement on our layout template yourself, we will be happy to send you the layout.

Screen printing: Due to the required tools, the minimum production time is 1 - 1.5 weeks. We are happy to ship the order by express or courier directly then. Please contact us before or after ordering for this option.
Even though the configurator currently only displays magnetic boxes, all our premium and slip lid boxes can also be printed. Due to the extremely large color selection, these are not yet available in this version of the configurator.

Basically all. Unfortunately, the sides of boxes with a height of less than 2.5 cm cannot be printed. However, the lid* and the bottom can also be printed on these boxes.
*For boxes with a height of less than 2.5cm, the inside of the lid can only be printed with blind or hot foil stamping.
One printing pass is required for each printing position and color.
Example: 3-color logo on the lid
For this example, 3 printing passes are required.
Example: 3 color logo on the lid + 2 color logo on the inside of the lid.
For this example 5 printing passes are needed. 3 printing passes on the outer lid and two for the inside of the lid.
Screen printing:
Screen printing is done with Pantone colors.
The following Pantone color types are available per box color:
Pantone C for laminated boxes: white matt, black glossy, taupe matt, red matt, pink matt.
Pantone U for unlaminated / kraft paper boxes: black matt, natural, white kraft, gray kraft, blue kraft, brown kraft.
Hot foil stamping:
We have a wide color selection of different foils. Mostly used is hot foil stamping for shiny effects like gold and silver.
We will be happy to send you pictures of matching foil colors to your desired color for your selection.
Blind embossing:
With blind embossing, no ink is applied to the box. In this printing process, the logo/motif is pressed/deepened into the box.

Printed samples we can usually ship same day from past customer orders. Here we will choose suitable samples for you based on the box and printing color you want.
Samples with your logo are welcome to be customized, the cost is:
Screen printing: 110 EUR* per printing color.
Blind and hot foil stamping: 160 EUR* + 100 EUR* for each additional color.
Unprinted samples can be ordered in our store at any time. After ordering printed boxes we will refund one box + standard shipping costs within germany. (fastest solution)

Alternatively, we are also happy to send free samples. These must then be returned with our free retoruenetikett. Please write us for this a short e-mail.
